Club House Rental
The MBSC offers its club house to the public to rent for all types of events and functions. Amenities include full air conditioning, a beautiful working fireplace, large outside deck with seating, handicapped accessibility, private Bar-B-Que, clean restrooms and plenty of parking. The club house is a smoke free facility. We also have an outdoor picnic area.
The MBSC club house is a two level structure with a total licensed capacity of 200. The club house may be rented at any time of day or night for as long as you wish. However, liquor may only be served between noon and midnight. If liquor is to be served or offered, a MBSC bartender must be hired. Alcohol may not be brought onto or taken from the premises.
Upper Level
Seating capacity: 130 with auditorium seating or 100 with tables and chairs and dance floor.
Amenities: Full service bar, outside deck, big screen TV/DVD
Lower Level
Seating capacity: 70 with tables and chairs
Amenities: Full service bar, TV/DVD, pool table and a large commercial BOH inspected kitchen*.
*Renters may use the kitchen upon request. A MBSC certified food handler must be on site when full use of the kitchen for cooking is required.
Rental Fee - Members $100 ; Non-Members $200
Security Deposit - $75.00Security deposit will be returned if the club is cleaned and restored to pre-rental condition upon conclusion of the event.
Bartender - $50.00
